Hi all, So this week we've headed to Statfold Barn Railway for their annual "Spectacle Of Steam" & i must say what an event and what a place! 16 in steam all day from the minute get-go and no matter where you looked there was something either going past or something happening from freight runs to parallel runs it was truely fantastic! . The Roundhouse is truely a Spectacle in its self due to housing numerous locos from steam to diesel and also house a bar and restaurant where could get a carvery. . The Mease Valley Light Railway was also running a service over the weekend but wasn't able to hop on it was very busy all day but alas what a fantastic event & will certainly go next year! . As a massive thanks is to the volunteers who put on and really good show and made sure everything worked like clockwork. . As always sit back, relax, & let's hit those tracks! .
