I met Troian Bellisario several years ago on a Pretty Little Liars red carpet and have always admired her talent on the show. I recently reunited with her to discuss her new film, Feed. Troian wrote it about her own struggle and journey of living with an eating disorder, in hopes of helping people who are dealing with mental illness. I had the chance to ask her some questions about the movie and get her advice on how to move forward and let go of the need for control, and I couldn't resist asking a little bit about PLL, too.
