Stop buying store bought wraps that are full of rubbish and start making your own🔥 it’s so easy! These Mung bean wraps are packed with fibre, vitamins & antioxidants ✨ plus they are super cheap, easy, flexible and absolutely delicious! Ingredients: 1 cup Mung beans 1 cup water 1 cup spinach Optional: 1 tsp garlic salt Soak Mung beans overnight or in boiling water for 2 hours. Drain & rinse the Mung beans and add to a blender with the water, spinach and garlic salt. Blend until smooth. grab a good non stick pan (check mine out in my amazon store) pour 1/2 cup of the mixture onto your hot pan and form into a circle. Let it cook for 2 mins. flip and cook for another minute. Repeat for the remaining mixture.
