To make it perfect, we're going to use a 3D printed form. This video will show you how to roll it around the form to get that point nearly perfect. You're probably wondering why not just use a 3D printed cone nose instead of a paper cone? In this case, the paper will always be thinner and lighter weight. Since it is thinner, where it fits onto the rocket, there will be less of a noticeable step. And the surface is so much smoother that there will be less finishing to do to make it look great.
