Tiltrotator specialist Engcon has been on the innovation trail to ensure its attachment solutions work with 3D machine control. Peter Haddock from Content With Media recently visited a house building site near Castle Donnington with Engcon specialist Mark Clare and Leica Geosystems machine control specialist Mike James, to see the technology in action. On arriving at the site he meet owner operator Richard Baker who has invested in a brand new CASE Construction Equipment CX145D SR short radius 14.5 tonne excavator, with an Engcon twin hitch setup, including a EC214 Tiltrotator, controlled by Leica machine control.
