Legal weed costs more...Or does it cost less than black market weed? Legalization and Taxation with it, brought this question to the forefront as consumers in legal Cannabis jurisdictions wrestled with the theory of whether legal marijuana will have a higher price than its illegal counterpart as time went on. Initially things were looking expensive and scary. Since then prices have normalized and now (2016) they are even dropping lower!
