December 26th update. Today we are shipping 37 orders. This month total eBay sales are $17,000 gross and $9,300 net — while our store has been closed all month. We were only open two days in December and still managed $10,200 in sales by selling mystery boxes. At the same time, we’re still in limbo with our next location and have not signed a new lease. For the second time, we’ve been told not to take our sign down, even though nothing is finalized. We can’t share all the details yet, but this situation has put us in a holding pattern with very few days left in the year. If this drags on, we may have to make a move — even if the next space isn’t ideal. In this video I talk about: What happens when your business is stuck in limbo Our plans once we get past this blockade How to choose a warehouse location (and what actually matters) Why I block eBay buyers who ask dumb questions An active scammer trying to get something for nothing The fallout from ex-employees who didn’t care about the business This is not a highlight reel. This is what running a real reselling business actually looks like. Optional hashtags (don’t overdo it): #reselling #smallbusiness #ebayseller #behindthescenes #entrepreneurlife
