If you have enough rshams/hpriest to keep up 10% phys dr on the tank you can swap points in inspiration for tankyness talents (Focused Will, Inner Sanctum). Also a strong barrier glyph fight. I wouldnt recommend taking perserverance on rdruid as you lose significant throughput on your hots for those three points and youll have barkskin for every transition. Holy priest can take blessed resilience on this fight as it will have very high uptime, will boost your binding heals and surviviability significantly. Good fight for blessed life but otherwise paladin is immortal anyways, no talent changes. Never drop ancestral resolve for this fight, also a good fight for totem duration for SLT and mana tide.
