I’ve DOUBLED My Growing Space For 2025 | English Vegetable Garden

What an exciting week it is at The Farmyard Garden. I have made a start on the plot extension I announced at the end of last week’s video. For a few months now, I have been planning a fruit tree guild / pollinator highway alongside the polytunnel. Cordon Fruit trees planted with lots of flowers, to provide beauty, food and some much needed dappled sunshine for the polytunnel over summer. This week that vision becomes a reality and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Planting 5 trees is a mini orchard too. Who knew? The extension is in need of lots of planning, as I’m unsure how best to use the space to integrate it into the rest of my vegetable garden. There’s still a lot of work to do, but this is stage one.
