Introducing the JHS Pedals NOTAKLÖN, a $99 DIY Klon Centaur

Hot Dogs or Meatballs? What’s your ikea food of choice? Beyond excited to help launch the New JHS NOTAKLÖN. When they reached out about what they were putting together and if I would be interested, I replied with an immediate yes. I have a handyman’s spirit, but a skill set better suited to flat packed goods, so an easy to build, no soldering required pedal project was right up my alley. I also love IKEA so seeing the effort JHS put into the branding and manual for this is just awesome. The NOTAKLÖN is a killer take on the Centaur circuit and features their switchable Shamrock Mod which lets you boost the overall gain of the pedal by 4DB. The build itself only takes about 15 min from the time you open the box, and is very simple to put together. All the guitar tracks you hear in this video are recorded with the NOTAKLÖN.
