創作靈感 那是 2023 年的某一天。我在內室裡深度禱告時，想到自己為了身份問題漂泊在里賈納這座小城，內心常常感到孤獨、迷惘，也有許多說不出的不安。那段時間，我很害怕自己沒有走在主的旨意中，也害怕自己成了一個「在神家裡的浪子」。就在那樣深切的傾訴中，一句經文忽然進入我的心： 「引你經過那大而可怕的曠野，那裡有火蛇、蠍子、乾旱無水之地。祂曾為你使水從堅硬的磐石中流出來。」——《申命記》8:15 神的話在那一刻深深觸動了我，讓我瞬間淚流滿面。是的，祂正是那位帶領我們經過「大而可怕曠野」的神。我漸漸明白，人生中每一個人都會經歷階段性的屬靈曠野，就像以色列人在曠野中走過的四十年一樣。每到一個新的地方，總會有不適應；每進入一個新的環境，也總會有掙扎與學習。然而，每一個新的曠野，其實都是一門新的功課，是一次更深認識神的機會。 禱告結束後，我望向窗外，正好看見夕陽輝煌的光芒，也看見鳥兒在餘暉中飛翔。那一刻，我心裡充滿了一種說不出的滿足和喜樂，因為我知道，這是我又一次真實遇見神的時刻。 其實，從某種意義上說，我們時刻都像浪子；但從另一個角度來說，我們又不是浪子。說我們時刻像浪子，是因為我們對神的認識和經歷實在太少。即使信主多年，我們對祂心意的明白，仍然不過是極其有限的一小部分。說我們不是浪子，是因為我們始終都在主的保護和看顧之中。我們是祂眼中的瞳人，是祂始終不曾離棄的兒女。 望著窗外的夕陽，我心中被深深觸動，彷彿那光芒就是天父的微笑與招手，向每一個人發出祂愛的邀請。順著聖靈的感動，我寫下了這首歌——《祂願作你的神》。 願每一個人都活在天父的看顧與保護之下。 願每一個人都能像歌詞中所說的那樣：「放慢你的步伐，敞開心靈，讓耶穌進來。」 但願我們都能不斷、更深地經歷祂，越來越明白祂的心意，越來越少一些「在家浪子」的成分。 Song Inspiration It was one day in 2023. During a time of deep prayer in my quiet room, I thought about how I had been wandering in the small city of Regina because of my immigration status. My heart often felt lonely, confused, and unsettled. During that season, I was afraid that I was not walking in the will of the Lord, and I was also afraid that I had become “a prodigal son in the house of God.” In the middle of that deep pouring out, a verse suddenly entered my heart: “He led you through the vast and dreadful wilderness, that thirsty and waterless land, with its venomous snakes and scorpions. He brought you water out of hard rock.” — Deuteronomy 8:15 At that moment, God’s word touched me so deeply that I was moved to tears. Yes, He is the God who leads us through the “great and terrible wilderness.” Gradually, I came to understand that everyone goes through seasons of spiritual wilderness in life, just as the Israelites walked through the wilderness for forty years. Whenever we arrive in a new place, there is always discomfort. Whenever we enter a new environment, there are always struggles and lessons to learn. Yet every new wilderness is, in fact, a new lesson and a new opportunity to know God more deeply. After I finished praying, I looked out the window and saw the glorious light of the setting sun, and birds flying in the evening glow. At that moment, my heart was filled with an indescribable joy and satisfaction, because I knew that this was yet another real encounter with God. In one sense, we are always like prodigals; yet in another sense, we are not. We are like prodigals because our knowledge of God and our experience of Him are still so limited. Even after believing in the Lord for many years, our understanding of His heart is still only a very small portion. But we are not prodigals, because we are always under the Lord’s protection and care. We are the apple of His eye, His children whom He has never abandoned. As I gazed at the sunset outside the window, I was deeply moved. It felt as though that radiant light was the smile and beckoning hand of the Heavenly Father, extending His invitation of love to every person. Following the prompting of the Holy Spirit, I wrote this song: “He Is Willing to Be Your God.” May everyone live under the Heavenly Father’s loving care and protection.
