I let my frame rust a little too much so I had to clean it up with a wire wheel, paint it, and fluid film it for corrosion protection. A needle scaler would have been nice but i don't have one. I used a combination of Rustoleum Rusty Metal Primer, Rustoleum gloss black, and Fluid Film to protect my frame from further corrosion, restore value, and hopefully make it last as long as possible.
