In this tutorial, I used oval and round paper doilies in different colors to create three-dimensional paper doily snowflakes. I love how delicate and pretty they look and they are easy to make. I am showing two different methods. One where I use full paper doilies and the other where I use doilies cut in half to create snowflakes with a flat back.
