Neapolitans are awful in this pizza oven; pizza is too far away from the weak top burner. The timer is awkward to use, the controls seem dated, and the components overall don't match up with the price tag of $400. You can make solid New York styles in this, but considering the price of this, you can get the same results from your kitchen oven with a steel.
