Making Isopropyl Nitrite, a Compound That Burns With a White Flame

In this a bit shorter video we will be making some Isopropyl Nitrite. This highly volatile compound has some very unique properties, one of which is that it burns with a grayish-white flame. But it also has some extremely important uses in chemistry, for example to make azides (which we may or may not someday try on this channel...). But perhaps its most infamous use is as a recreational substance, as it rapidly drops blood pressure upon inhalation.
