Fly Fishing Virginia Mountain Stream For Appalachian Native Brook Trout! (Halloween Trout Fishing!)

Today, I decided to venture outside PA to the mighty Appalachian mountains! What an amazing mountain stream native brook trout experience fly fishing Virginia for my first time! Never in my life have I seen or witnessed so many brookies in one stream! Crystal clear spring water, beautiful fall colors, and best of all the amazing scenery! Even if I didn't catch one native brook trout in this entire video ( which wasn't the case at all hahaha! ), the smell of clean air, the sound of the cascading water, and the strenuous hike to get to this tiny stream was absolutely worth it! What an amazing time backpacking the beautiful backcountry of Virginia! Next spring, I definitely need to stay longer than a day and campout for an entire week. So much amazing water to cover, and I just find it amazing the tiny stream I fished today, is just one of the many amazing streams hidden in the Appalachia!
