Accelerated stalls are a dangerous phenomenon that can occur at any airspeed, but they are particularly dependent on the aircraft's critical angle of attack. The critical angle of attack is the angle at which the airflow over the wing becomes disrupted, leading to a loss of lift and an increase in drag. This can cause the aircraft to stall, which is when the wing stops producing lift and the aircraft loses altitude. In this video, Brian demonstrates to us how to get into the accelerated stall and then how to recover properly from it. He explains the importance of understanding the critical angle of attack and how to recognize when an aircraft is approaching it. He also shows us the proper techniques for recovering from an accelerated stall, including lowering the nose and increasing power. It's critical for pilots to understand and be able to handle an accelerated stall, as it can happen at any time and is considered a high-risk situation. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Follow us on other Social Media Channels: Instagram: / thrustflight TikTok: / thrustflight ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Have a question about flight training?
