In session 1, "Strengthening Community-Based Postvention Responses," held on January 8, 2026, participants learned approaches for mobilizing community partners after suicide loss; reviewed strategies for engaging Veteran-serving organizations, local agencies, and faith-based groups; and explored the Arizona Be Connected Community Guide to Postvention as a practical tool for building sustainable networks.
