Sad girls don’t cry we bake episode 1 I promise if you bake these it will make you so happy please like this video and subscribe to my channel 🫶 Ingredients: 200g unsalted butter (just under 1 cup) 110g granulated sugar (1/2 cup) 1 egg 320g plain flour (2 1/2 cups) Rasberry Jam Method: 1. Chop the cold unsalted butter into small cubes so it is easier to combine. Combine using a hand mixer 2. Add in the white granulated sugar and beat the butter with the sugar 3. Beat in 1 egg 4. Sift in the plain flour and mix together with a spatula first and then the hand mixer 5. Once the mixture is crumbly, press together to form a dough 6. Sprinkle some flour onto your surface and roll out the dough. Use a mini circle cookie cutter to get the cookies. Keep re rolling until all the dough has been used up 7. Line baking paper onto a flat baking tray and add on the cookies. You can keep the same distance between the cookies as shown in the video (around 1cm) 8. Bake in the oven for 18 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius 9.
