Strawberry Jam Muffins : Muffin Recipe

In this video I will show you how to make strawberry jam muffins. The muffins recipe is very easy to make and very delicious. If you like strawberries and muffins I believe you may like my easy muffins recipe today. Ingredients (For 9 muffins) 1 cup + 1/4 cup cake flour 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon + 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup milk at room temperature 70 g unsalted butter at room temperature 1 egg at room temperature 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup strawberry jam Instructions 1.Preheat the oven at 200°C. 2.In a mixing bowl, combine together the cake four, baking powder and salt. Set aside. 3.In another mixing bowl, Beat in the butter until smooth for about 20 seconds at medium speed. 4.Beat in 1/2 cup of granulated sugar little by little until the sugar is gone. Using at medium speed. 5.Beat in the egg for 30 seconds at high speed. 6.Beat in the vanilla extract for 10 seconds at low speed. 7.Beat in 1/2 of the flour mixture, milk and 1/2 of the remaining flour mixture. Do not over mix. 8.Spoon 1/2 of the batter, 1/4 cup strawberry jam and 1/2 of the remaining batter into muffin liners. 9.Bake the muffins for about 5 minutes at 200°C. Reduce the heat to 175°C and continue baking the muffins for 15 minutes. 10.Let the muffins cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy.
