To head to his family home and venture into the land of Louisville. The checkpoint put one might halt to that and forced us to take a step back. As time moved on and our life got a bit tougher, survival kind of took the forefront and getting well established was far more important, being screwed for winter isn't good for anyone, and having somewhere to fall back to if they needed it was important. Today we set off on that quest, the quest that would eventually lead us to the doorstep of our family home, and that's something we absolutely have to do. No if's, no but's. We tidied up the base, got a little more food sorted and headed out, on a quest that could leave behind a bitter taste for old Doug, but one we must find the answer to!
