In January I will be addressing Money Blocks and the limiting believes that cause Money blocks. In each live event Diana will provide specific generational partners based on her practice and explain how they affect us in our everyday life. Scarcity vs. Abundance - The Foundation In today's life i want to focus on exploring how generational scarcity creates the lens through which we view all financial decisions. When your ancestors survived depression, war, or poverty, phrases like "money doesn't grow on trees" and "there's never enough" become embedded in your nervous system, creating chronic anxiety even when you're objectively secure. These patterns show up as obsessive saving without purpose, inability to spend on self-care, and automatic "we can't afford that" responses before checking your actual finances. The scarcity mindset creates a self-fulfilling prophecy where you're so busy protecting against imagined lack that you miss real opportunities for abundance. You may feel guilty spending on anything non-essential, believing you must earn the right to enjoy money rather than simply being worthy of care. In todays life i am focusing to explain how the fear of not having enough keeps you from experiencing sufficiency, and how breaking free requires rewiring your relationship with safety and enoughness. There is a difference between healthy preparedness and anxiety-driven hoarding that leaves money sitting unused while life passes by. Understanding these foundational patterns is crucial because they underlie almost every other money block you'll encounter. When you can't trust in basic abundance, every financial decision becomes a survival threat rather than a growth opportunity. The invitation is to honor your ancestors' survival strategies while choosing new patterns that allow you to truly thrive.
