The other guy on this channel posted a review a month ago branding The Batman "a crushing disappointment" and "a complete disaster". That review proved to be... controversial. In fact, the reaction suggests Matt Reeves's film has split the fanbase right down the middle. Half love it, half hate it with a passion. I'm LostChord, and I do most of the film content here. Given that reaction, I thought it was worth watching the film and doing a review of my own. It is, in part, a response to the other guy's, and examines the points he made. But it's also a review of the film itself, covering Robert Pattinson's performance, the depictions of Bruce Wayne and the Riddler, the physics of the batsuit, the plot, the writing, Michael Giacchino's soundtrack, and much more.
