American Head Charge was an industrial metal band founded in 1996 by lead singer Cameron Heacock and bassist Chad Hanks in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They're raw, dark, and gritty style earned them quick recognition when they made their debut in 1999 right before a surge of bands with darker themes in the early 2000's. But AHC had a difficult road, plagued with issues involving addiction and even the death of multiple bandmates. Today, they're no longer active and are likely to remain so.
