Melchionda/Oey - Shattered Shards whisper in melodies of movement
The triangular transcriptions between figure, sound and movement. Musician Leonardo Melchionda and visual artist Lyra Oey started to collaborate during their Masters at KASK where they formed an influx collective where different musicians, artist and performer joined improvisation driven compositions where notation, sound and gestures flow together to create ambient spheres. In residency at Broei for Bikkewerpers, the duo is playing and experimenting instalative and performative forms of bringing forward different situations of sound, actions and sculptural elements.
