Here is a video on yet another GTE class car at Le Mans, this time, the lone Corvette C8.R that won this years Le Mans. Driven by Ben Keating, Nicky Catsburg, and Nico Varrone, the No. 33 Corvette C8.R did not have an easy race. In the first hours, heavy and sudden rain would leave the team trapped behind the class leaders during a safety car, putting them two laps down by the time the sun was setting. Over half of the GTE class would fail to finish the race, remarkably allowing Corvette to catch back up and win the Centenary race, a 9th Le Mans win for Corvette Racing, and the first ever Le Mans win for the C8.R. Sorry for the video going out of focus at points, and focusing on fences and heads...
