Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp 11. coconut milk (watery) - 1/4 cup 12. Thick coconut milk - 1/4 cup 13. salt to taste what you need to make POTATO AVIYAL: 1. medium sized potatoes - 3 pcs 2. Onion (sliced) - 5 Big sized pcs 3. curry leaves - few 4. green chillies - 2pcs 5. Anaheim Pepper (curry kochika) - 1 6. tomato (medium sized) - 1 7. Mango (regular sized) - 3 pcs 2. Oil - 2Tbs 3. mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp 4. Onion (Sliced) - 2tbs 5. cardamom - 2pcs 6. Cinamon stick - 1 small pc 7. ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tsp 8. curry leaves - few 9. green chillies - 2 pcs 10. chilli flakes - 2 pinches 11. turmaric - 2 pinches 12. red chilli powder - 2 pinches 13. water as required to cook the mangoes 14. salt to taste 15. sugar - 1 cup or more if needed What you need to make GHEE RICE: 1.
