We are back in North Wales to head up three tops close to Bedgellert. These are my last three in this range so I wanted to make it a special one. With an improving forecast, Paul and I headed up into the hills with a plan to be on Moel Hebog in time for sunset. We had a fantastic day out and the descent in the dark back to Bedgellert made it exciting and memorable, especially that moment when Paul nearly walked into the back of a cow! 😊 Sadly, that moment wasn’t caught on camera, so is just a memory for me to cherish. I hope you enjoyed this one with us. About Rudolph’s Mountains Welcome to Rudolph’s Mountains, which records my journey to visit all the mountains in England and Wales over 2,000ft, known as the Nuttalls. They were named after John & Anne Nuttall, who researched and created the initial list of tops, and published quite excellent books on how you could visit them all. I don’t always follow their routes, as I prefer to research the route myself, but I always use their route as a starting point. Each Episode is edited down to around 30 minutes or less and then released on a Saturday at 12 noon when it’s ready. Each Episode has subtitles, as even I can’t understand what I’m saying half of the time! I don’t make any money from YouTube so any adverts you see weren’t placed there by me. Neither do I wear any sponsored clothing or equipment. I share these videos so family, friends and anyone else can enjoy my time in the hills with me and so I have a record of my adventures for the future. If you are planning to venture out on the hills yourself, please make sure you research your route and that you are properly prepared. Always check the mountain weather and ground condition forecast, but don’t trust it! Mountain weather can be unpredictable, so prepare for the worst. Enjoy the mountains, but always take care so that you return home safely.
