The London Health Commission is an independent inquiry established in September 2013 by the Mayor of London. The Commission is chaired by Professor the Lord Darzi and reports directly to the Mayor. The Commission is examining how London's health and healthcare can be improved for the benefit of the population. As part of the Call for Evidence we held four successful evidence hearing sessions in public on 20 and 27 January 2014. These sessions featured a range of expert figures from the UK and abroad giving evidence to a panel of Commission members, chaired by Lord Darzi.
