Skypark Wrongfully Terminated me!

Hey everyone, as the title says, Kenny Tran (owner of Skypark) wrongfully terminated me. He did so because I stood up for myself and others. Watch the video to learn more. As of the making of this video, this matter is not finalized yet. Kenny has one week from the date of termination to provide me with a Letter of Dismissal, which describes why I was fired. Which he can't because they only thing he can put on that written letter is "Just Cause". He knows he does not have any terms for Just Cause, so he would be lying. The other thing he can do is something called "Pay Instead of Notice." That also has to be answered within one week of termination. If he decides to go down this route, he has 14 days to pay me one weeks worth of regular wages on top of the hours I already worked. If he doesn't provide me any of these, I can and will file a formal complaint with the Labour board, which will result in an investigation, and he will be forced to pay me. I've also found an employment lawyer that will take this case on contingency. Anyway, let's see what happens. I was wrongfully terminated June 25, 2022. I made and posted this video on June 28, 2022. Kenny has until July 2 to give me a proper legal written letter of dismissal or go the pay instead of notice route. He has until July 9 to pay that out. Cole
