Handy tool for twisting two wires together with a nice uniform look. For this project I used: small popsicle stick foam brush handle ruler 1/2" sheet metal screw drill bit big enough for the largest diameter cable used nut driver drill I started by removing the foam from the brush handle, if the plastic breaks off a hole will have to be drilled into the other end and if it comes outs smooth then it makes a perfect hole for the sheet metal screw. Next, I marked center on the popsicle stick and 1/4" on both ends then drilled holes at each mark, the center hole is where the sheet metal screw will go through and attach to the popsicle stick. Insert the screw in the center hold and use the nut driver to tighten it up, but, not to tight or you might break the popsicle stick. Other alternatives can be used instead of a popsicle stick that is just what I had sitting around from a different project. Once the stick is attached to the brush handle insert it into the drill then push the wires through the holes and loop them together so they stay in place. Before running the drill make sure you have an even amount of both wires to insure a uniform twist is made and thats it. http://www.si-comm.com
