What if a single soundscape could reset your body’s internal clock and finally give you the deep sleep you’ve been missing? Let’s be honest, most of us fight our circadian clock without realising it. (Hands up if you lie in bed doom-scrolling or binge-watching just 'one' more episode.) Irregular bedtimes and screen time leave our internal timing off-kilter, which is making our sleep feel shallow and mornings disjointed. So, being as guilty of this as anyone, I set out to design a soundscape that works with our own natural rhythm, not against it. Using the science of circadian timing and sleep cycles, here’s the blueprint that guided this track: 1. Deep Sleep Resonance Enhances deep, restorative sleep with soft, low pulses that align with 90-minute cycles. Gently rising and falling every 90 minutes, it signals nighttime and reinforces your internal clock. 2. Circadian Stabilizing Drone Signals nighttime to the brain with a smooth, steady tone, supporting melatonin production and maintaining a calm, stable environment for consistent sleep timing. 3. Sleep Stage Guidance Guides REM and deep sleep transitions with subtle low harmonics, keeping the brain synchronized with natural sleep rhythms. For this one, I headed to my little studio and got to work. With my MIDI keyboard and some older fabric scratching sounds, I blended carefully tuned sub-bass tones, evolving harmonic layers, and soft drones to create an sort of grounding, stabilsing soundscape. It's not often I use my own new ones for my sleep (I'm still on Blueberry and Serotonin Noise to be honest), but I had this on the last 2 nights and got some amazing sleep. So, I will give this a bit longer and see how I feel after maybe a week. Anyway, enjoy this one friends! Hope it helps you sleep long and sleep well! MADE USING: MIDI keyboard and fabric scratching
