Lawai Beach, also called Prince Kuhio Beach, is a small beach on the south side of the island of Kauai Hawaii. This was our first snorkel stop of our trip. The water was a little choppy and visibility wasn't ideal, but we were still able to get some good shots in the relativity clear water. We saw green sea turtles, lots of tropical fish, and some nice coral heads. The snorkeling here is pretty shallow (10 ft or less). Entering/exiting the water was a little tricky since the sand ends and the ground is pretty rocky quickly after entering the water.
