The start is slightlty edited - won't use YouTube's edit feature again as its cut feature was for me like using a mallet rather than a razor to cut the video and Preview of the cut didn't work, so I just crossed my fingers and yeeted the Save into the ether(net)... So now the start is abrupt But probably better than including the original repeated tip from the first or second update)... This is episode 3 of the restoration series. First time working on an accordion which I am restoring and learning how to in the process. The old Hohner is an ornate student accordion with a presumed date of 1932 based on penciled numbers inside the treble section. In this update I dig in to the work (and the wax) of removing the treble black keys' reed block. I set up my camera better for this work session so it should be both better viewing than the first 2 updates and hopefully will be interesting. Let me know in the comments as I have several things I don't yet know about that I mention during the video. And as usual, bonus points (meaningless, but kudos to you) for watching to the end.
