The Ring of Kerry and the Spectacular Kerry Cliffs
We drove from Kenmare through the Ring of Kerry and the Skellig Ring Road, taking in a number of lookout points and small towns along the way. Using the Skellig Ring Road we visited the impressive Kerry Cliffs before driving over to Valentia Island to see the Tetrapod fossils. As the weather got worse we eventually finished the ring before making our way towards our next accommodation on the Dingle Peninsula. We spent a full day on the Ring of Kerry and found it to be an excellent trip.
