As of the end of 2019, Furong Town has a registered population of 34,000. In Furong Town, there are Xizhou Copper Pillars, the filming site of the movie "Furong Town", the Furong Town Waterfall, the Tusi Palace, and the ruins of aborigines caves. In 2012, Furong Town became a national 4A-level scenic spot. There is a great waterfall in Furong Town, and the Furong Town is surrounded by water on three sides. The waterfall passes through the town, which is unique. The waterfall is 60 meters high and 40 meters wide, and it pours down from the cliff in two stages. The Tusi Palace (Feishui Village) is a legendary group of stilted buildings.
