A nice drive on a rainy day, starting in Stockport and passing through many towns, Marple, New Mills, Whaley Bridge, before arriving in Buxton, passing through a fair amount of countryside. This is a particular route is my favourite as I grew up in New Mills, it is a route I have probably seen 1000s of times, and it never seems to get old.
