This DVD contains scenes of soldiers of the 11th Light Infantry Brigade, which was a part of the Americal Division during the Vietnam War. The first half of the video documents the transport of soldiers of the 11th aboard USS Weigel to Vietnam in December 1967. Scenes include members of the brigade on deck relaxing, exercising and listening to lectures, below deck playing bingo, attending church services and eating. The ship is seen coming into Qui Nhon Harbor (Quinhon) in Vietnam and the brigade disembarks. Part two documents brigade activities in- country. There are aerial views of the brigade's base camp, as well as various activities inside the camp. Also includes 11th LIB soldiers on a search and destroy mission. Please note!
