Finding the Best Sealer for Painted Rocks!

My family and I have recently started participating in our city's extension of The Kindness Rock Project and we found lots of recommendations to use Mod Podge to seal the rocks from the elements. After having a bad experience with Mod Podge on my painted rocks that were soaked with water, I set out to find the best material to seal our rocks with. In this video I experiment with Mod Podge, a Spar Urethane Sealer, and a Triple Thick Glaze by Rust-oleum. So what's the best sealer?
