Bryce is home for spring break and that calls for a proper welcome dinner! After a packed morning running to Costco and Restaurant Depot to fill some big orders, I swung by the store to grab everything needed for shrimp tacos: cilantro, cabbage, limes, avocado, and a last-minute shrimp run after Bryce confirmed we only had 10 shrimp in the freezer 😂 Dinner turned out fantastic. Simple seasoning: chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper, corn tortillas, cilantro lime sauce, black beans, and cilantro lime rice. The whole family agreed: next time we're doing 2 lbs of shrimp instead of one. Also celebrating Sierra today - she finished her half-semester class with an A, aced her final project AND her exam.
