Get seriously fit with this full body kettlebell workout and burn up to a 1000 calories! This full body workout is a monster of a workout and is designed to really level up your fitness! Over 6 rounds we are covering HIIT Training, Tabata and AMRAPS. You can do this whole workout with just one kettlebell and is the perfect home workout! The first 2 rounds are a HIIT workout where we are working with 60 seconds work, 30 seconds rest. There are also bodyweight exercises included in the rounds. We are then doing 1 round of Tabata training which is focusing on the kettlebell swing with different variations with squats and lunges. We are then finishing with 3 rounds of AMRAPS which are 8 minutes long. This workout is really going to push you, but you will feel AMAZING at the end! Do not give up!
