The Artisans of Multan!

Is Multan the arts and handicrafts centre of Pakistan?! Possibly! I visited Punjab's southern city to discover more about the brilliant tilework, camelskin work and fabrics that the city is known for, and discovered a heritage of craftsmanship dating back thousands of years! I met some incredible individuals while I was there too, who were all to happy to show me around their workshops and tell me their stories! I really love Multan, it was one of the first cities in Pakistan that I ever visited, and I'm always happy to come back to it. It's my sincere hope that the industries of Multan can pioneer a tourism renaissance for the city and the country, and of course benefit those who spend so much of their lives perfecting their craft.
