Medieval Reenactors marching through the streets of Lewes - Battle of Lewes Festival 2025

After the street battles (already posted in my 'Battle of Lewes Festival 2025' playlist) the reenactors marched down to the Convent Field in Lewes, which was the main location for the Festival. The time from the initial battle at The Gallops to reaching the Convent Field was some 90 minutes (this doesn't include time getting ready and waiting at The Gallops before the battles started) so huge respect to all the reenactors in armour and heavy costumes on such a hot day! A final battle took place later in the afternoon, which I'm posting separately.
