TRIUMPH STREET TWIN 900 | Ultimate Clean and Polish

Hey guys and girls, thanks for joining me on this video. All we're doing today, is a deep clean and fuel tank machine polish on my mum's Triumph Street Twin 900 motorbike. This Triumph Street Twin 900 is a beautiful bike, my mum has owned it since 2021 and it's ideal for her given that the motorbike is nice and low as she's only got little legs! Personally, I think that it's a fantastic motorbike and this epic example of a Street Twin will look even better once I'm done with it! I start off by cleaning the wheels on the Street Twin, this is the logical place to start cleaning on a motorbike as it's the lowest down and the dirtiest place. This is easily done with some all purpose cleaner and a pressure washer. Then we move on to the bodywork of the bike. We're going to use our wash mitt here, and as we only have one, it makes the most sense to start at the top of the motorbike, and work our way down to the dirtiest parts of the Triumph. Once the bodywork is all shiny, we can focus on cleaning the lower parts of the motorbike, specifically the engine, radiator and swing arm. This is where the wash mitt is going to get the dirtiest, so it's ideal that we left it till last so we don't scratch any of the painted surfaces. This is the last step to practically cleaning the motorbike. After we've done this, we then go around the motorbike with a detailing blow dryer, which is aiding us to get the majority of the water off of the Triumph. I then go around with some Koch Chemie FSE Quick Detailer & Water Spot Remover in order to clean up any bits I may have missed. Once we've done this, the bike is clean! I pull it into the garage and go onto the machine polishing stage. It's a simple 2-stage polish with Brayt compounds, I do a few passes on the fuel tank until it's looking neat. I then take all the polish off and we're done! Nice, clean and tidy ready for my mum's "inspection"!
