Hostos Fernandez of Quesada Cigars talked to us about they're latest releases. First, they will be releasing the Oktoberfest 2017. 2 sizes with be from Nicaragua and other five sizes will be from the Dominican Republic. They will use a brand new band this year. Red on the side of the band for Nicaragua, blue on the side for the Dominican Republic. Nicaragua vitolas are puros (100% made from one country) as well as Dominican version being puro as well. They are scheduled for October 2017 release. Next, Hostos talks about the new Quesada Reserva Privada Barberpole. They used the two wrappers from the two Reserva lines, the Connecticut and Oscuro line. Same blend, tobacco is from 20 years ago with Pennsylvania cigars in the filler. They are doing the Q d'etat line again which is the Daga, Molotov Howitzer. All cigars are 100% Dominican. They also have the Manolo 70th cigar. It's a cigar that President & Owner of Quesada Cigars, Manuel "Manolo" Quesada, made for his 70th birthday. Completely blended by him in two sizes. Quesada cigars also produces Casa Magna, the original Fonsecas, all Quesada, and Heisenberg.
