In this video, I showcase 4 advanced highground retakes that you all need to learn. These high ground retakes are both extremely practical and useful, as well as complex and advanced. Fortnite has come a long way since Season 2 and 3 where highground retakes were very simple and basic. Now, we have intricate combos of moves like Thwifo cones, Bugha jumps, scissor ramps, cone jumps, 90's, reverse jumps, reverse 90's, and tons of other building techniques. My goal for this video is to teach and help you learn some of the best and most effective retakes in Fortnite Season X and beyond. For each retake I show to get highground, I will show an example from a pro like Bugha or FaZe Sway doing the retake, why it works, tips and tricks to help you do it, and the entire highground retake technique itself. In order of appearance, the retakes are as follows: an insane double protected cone jump by Parallel Beats and NRG Edgey, a new FaZe Sway retake by Bugha that utilizes a cone rather than a ramp + a double edit depending on which combo you use, an interesting combo of reverse jumps and moves you dont' see a lot, and finally, a reverse 90 cone jump onto a ramp followed by a Thwifo cone.
