In this video, we see several D trains running over the F line heading to Coney Island. Of note, with the conversion of the Culver Line (used by the F in Brooklyn) to CBTC signalling, and the pending assignment of R211 cars to the D line in the next few years, this represents one of the last times that regular daytime service on this portion of the system was provided with R68-type cars for several hours at a time. Transit agencies across the country often cite this kind of service adjustment as a model for managing disruptions.
