Click Here To Subscribe! ► http://bit.ly/JOovvU - OK! Everyone has been asking me to do a video on a BiG Truck that is LOW Cost. That is difficult to do...BUT! There are some options. Time to take out the MaxStone 5th Scale Crawler. This this is waterproof (so they say) - but I noticed the receiver is not in a Waterproof Box! Beware of this - as splashing may cause an issue. The receiver doesn't look protected in any way.. but the truck is SO BiG.. you would have to really take it swimming to cause an issue, (In my opinion, that is). Over-all for the money (currently about $300) it seems like a fun, capable truck. The Plastic is weakened in the cold.. so be careful if you drop it, or send it for a tumble. I cracked an axle tube by dropping it to get some snow off. It couldn't handle the weight and cold. It's like that with any plastic RC, I've found - though some better than others. It has some great potential to be upgraded.. I already swapped out the servo for a Waterproof Savox. The stock servo is waterproof.. but the Savox has considerably more torque for the big tires in the snow. I am running a 7000mah 2s Lipo (GensAce of course!)
