The jackknife is a great exercise using the swiss ball to target the muscles of the core. Here is a step by step guide how to do the exercise correctly. To perform the exercise do the following steps: 1. Balance your feet on the ball with hands on the floor in a push ups position. 2. Perform a push up and as you raise back to the starting position start to curl the knees in towards the chest, pause and return to the starting position. 3.
