Trent Barton: My15 • Ilkeston to East Midlands Airport

Just before August ended, I took a ride on one of Trent Barton's longest bus routes from Ilkeston to East Midlands Airport, known as the My15. My15 is a bus route that runs every fifteen minutes between Ilkeston and Old Sawley via Trowell, Stapleford, Sandiacre and Long Eaton, with half-hourly extensions to Castle Donnington and East Midlands Airport. Prior to March 25, 2018, My15 originally ran every twenty minutes between Ilkeston and Old Sawley. On that date, it was extended to the airport from that date on an hourly basis, later doubling to every thirty minutes on June 25, 2023 following Bus Service Improvement Plan funding and timetable changes.
